Discounts on one-time setup fees may apply for practices with existing accounts and optimized marketing infrastructure already in place.

For most practices, the total monthly engagement — base fee plus performance component — falls between $450 and $650 during the pilot, depending on inquiry volume and market. Your exact rate is agreed upfront and confirmed in writing before anything starts.
