What we commit to
During the pilot, DPC Growth Lab will:
→ Build a growth model based on your current members, target panel size, monthly fee, and typical member tenure.
→ Agree up‑front on the meet‑and‑greet meeting volume and cost targets that make membership growth realistic for your practice.
→ Launch and manage a primary acquisition funnel (typically targeted, geo-fenced ads in one chosen channel + optimized landing experience + foundational SEO) designed to drive booked meet‑and‑greets.
→ Implement tracking and simple CRM workflows (optional add-on) so every inquiry and booking is visible in one place.
→ Meet with you regularly to review performance and make clear, data‑driven decisions about what to scale, fix, or stop.

Base Management Fee: Starting at $349/month

You pay a variable fee for each qualified inquiry we generate. The rate is determined during your consultation based on factors like your location, ad budget, and growth plan.
Our Commitment: Minimum inquiry guarantee
We commit to a minimum number of qualified inquiries per month (typically 8-12 based on your budget and scenario).
If we don’t deliver – no performance fee.
Base Management fee covers:
