At the end of the pilot, clinics gain a grounded view of sustainable intake pace, realistic acquisition costs, and a clear decision on whether and how to invest further in marketing.

Where We Draw the Line

Respect for clinical operations means some tactics are deliberately avoided or delayed, even if they promise fast numbers.

If the data suggests that your current offer, fee structure, or geography cannot support the targeted intake pace, the recommendation will be to adjust the model – not to increase ad spend.
