The 90-Day Pilot
The 90-day pilot is the preferred way to work with most clinics because it forces discipline: a clear plan, a fixed test window, and decisions anchored in evidence.
- Month 1: Intake planning, growth model, channel plan, and test campaign launch.
- Months 2–3: Live campaigns, weekly dashboards, and minimal but targeted adjustments based on enrollment behavior.
At the end of the pilot, clinics gain a grounded view of sustainable intake pace, realistic acquisition costs, and a clear decision on whether and how to invest further in marketing.
Where We Draw the Line
